It's a Courageous Conversation carefully designed to prompt democratic discussion, not debate or argument. Dialoguers are encouraged to seek first to understand, then to be understood, and to speak from personal experience using “I” statements. This causal delivery of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles makes for a participant-friendly atmosphere, challenging all to suspend judgment, and to participate honestly.

The facilitator will pose a series of questions related to topics of client choice.
