The Beyond Sight Awareness Seminar

Challenges its participants to look beyond what the eye can see to detect biases, prejudices, and or partial behaviors which may be based on color or race, origin or nationality, gender or sexual orientation, sexual preference, age, ability and or religion. This seminar is facilitated in the form of a lecture and is merely a condensed version of our Diversity Workshop. Intended audiences include large or small, private or public corporations, educational institutions, work-groups, etc. that desire to achieve a more culturally competent workforce but cannot commit to the four hour long diversity workshop.
