An Overview of our Offerings

We provide various services to meet our many client needs. Below is an overview of trainings, consulting, workshops, seminars, standard courses and packages we offer at All of Us Together Co. Each of our offerings are customized and tailored to the entity for which we are serving. Use the overview below to request an estimate for your organization today.

Trainings

All workshop, seminar and standard course offerings are available in training format. This offering includes field specific role plays, examples and content and is facilitated by our team. Each training is customized for the requesting group, organization or entity for which it is being offered.

Consulting Services

Individuals, groups, organizations and other entities interested in our consulting services, are welcome to book a consulting session. This service requires a commitment of at least 30 days and includes an organizational assessment, complete review and analyzation of assessment data and access to applicable standard courses.

Workshops & Seminars

Our D.E.I. Foundations workshop will equip participants with the core competencies they need to meet the challenges associated with our changing world and work so that no one gets left behind. Participants will learn what their role is in creating a culture of belonging, and will be empowered with the knowledge and resources they need to architect an inclusive and equitable future of work. Learn more here. Additionally, these services can be offered virtually or in-person at the requesting client's workspace. If venue space is secured by our company, a $500.00/hr rate will be charged.

Diversity Seminar

Offers applicable multicultural training to its participants. This program recognizes that our society promises diversity, which in turn, promises complications. Through a variety of facilitated self-reflective activities, workshop participants will detect both explicit or implicit biases, prejudices, and or stereotypes they may have of others. 

Empowerment Seminar

Serves as a powerful experience for  teams that wish to achieve collaboration and for individuals seeking to discover purpose as it pertains to diversity, equity and inclusion.

Awareness Seminar

Challenges its participants to look beyond what the eye can see to detect biases, prejudices, and or partial behaviors which may be based on color or race, origin or nationality, gender or sexual orientation, sexual preference, age, ability and or religion.

Courageous Conversations Seminar

Courageous Conversation carefully designed to prompt democratic discussion, not debate or argument. Dialoguers are encouraged to seek first to understand, then to be understood and to speak from personal experience using “I” statements. 

Standard Courses

General Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

Diversity, equity, and inclusion are common terms, but what do they really mean? This presentation defines the broad scope of diversity and discusses how a comprehensive understanding of diversity helps foster environments where everyone feels valued, safe, and welcome. 

Social Justice: Civic Engagement

What is social justice? How is it achieved? What is my role in social justice? This presentation is designed to answer these questions and provide participants with strategies to promote an environment that is socially just for all.

Gender Identity, Sexual Orientation, and Romantic Orientation

Gender and sexuality can be complicated to understand, but we are here to help. This presentation is designed to help participants understand the differences between identities and orientations.

Bias and Stereotypes

Sometimes our own paradigms cloud our judgement. Throughout this presentation, participants will reflect on ways in which their own biases influence interaction with others. 

Inclusion, diversity, equity and accessibility are all critical elements of harmonious workgroups. How does diversity impact your organization? Is inclusion at work in your workspace? Does your organization practice equity? Does your workplace provide a healthy means for catering to employees with ability-related needs? Enroll in one or all of our standard courses to ensure that you can answer, "yes" to these questions. These courses are $29.99 per person and can be offered once course enrollment reaches or exceeds 10 or more participants.

I.D.E.A. Annual Package

This 12 month package offers the requesting client 2 consultations to assess organizational culture, identify growth areas and collaborate with the content development team here at AOUT to develop various in-depth courses on inclusion, diversity, equity and accessibility (I.D.E.A.) related topics. Each course is 1-hour long and $29.99 per participant. Training can be offered virtually or in-person.

For example, an entity requesting the annual package will have a training schedule that mirrors the calendar below.

  • March- Introduction to D.E.I.

  • April- Gender Identity, Sexual Orientation & Romantic Orientation

  • May- Race & Multiculturalism

  • June- BONUS course (Topic selected by requesting entity)

  • July- Social Justice & Civic Engagement

  • August- Bias & Stereotypes

  • September- BONUS course (Topic selected by requesting entity)

  • October- Ableism & Accessibility

  • November- BONUS course (Topic selected by requesting entity)

  • December- Supplier Diversity & Minority Business Support

 

Topics selected by requesting entity may include any topic from below or one agreed upon by the client and our team.
